For Purchases Made Through Our D.I.Y. Store:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price. If you need to return an item, please contact us at 1-800-573-5577 or email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
Locate your original order number. If you do not have your order number write to firstname.lastname@example.org Include your first & last name, full address, your contact phone number, product(s) name & a reason for your return. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will be sent to you to complete your return.
Ship your product(s) to us with the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) written prominently on the package return label & on any 1 side of the package. A mailing label has been provided below to help you. Use a service that issues you a tracking number, such as FedEx®, UPS® or USPS® etc.
Upon receipt of the product, we’ll issue you a credit or refund for your order within two to three business days. Thank you for following our return policy.
Your Return Is Subject To The Following Conditions: Shipping charges are non-refundable. All credits will be made back to the original payment method. All returns must be within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Thereafter, all sales are final. All returns must be in original factory packaging with all original packing materials. Products purchased through clearance/discontinued section will not be accepted for return. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned RFA or RFA-590 wire break locators. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused. Special order items are not returnable. Our store will not be held responsible for a customer ordering the wrong product(s), and all refusals will be credited minus the freight charges & restocking fees. If a customer signs for and keeps a damaged package or item(s), customer should notate the damage when signing for it so that a claim may be filed with the carrier. Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will incur an additional 10% restocking fee in addition to other fees.
Refused And Or Return To Sender:
If you refuse an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee. You should expect to receive your refund within two to three business days after we have received your return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed your return. Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your product was shipped directly from the manufacturer, we will provide you with the address for returning your product. If you ship or send these items to us, we will charge you the cost of shipping the item(s) to the manufacturer or we may, at our option, refuse delivery. Return policies and procedures may change without notice. All customers are bound by our return policies and procedures in effect at the time a return is processed.
Be sure to write in the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) in the space provided to ensure accurate processing. Please use clear tape to secure the return label to your package. Ship your product(s) to the address listed below:
